We are constantly developing and releasing new features and fixing bugs. This is a summary of the major features added.

Roadmap

Features we are working on (among many others):

  • Apps for Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Start and end times for RSVPs.
  • Attendee statistics for organizers, e.g. no-shows, late declines, engagement %, etc.

Changes:

  • New “Membership details” page for each member of a group. Shows some stats about the member.
  • Billing and subscriptions are now active.

February 1, 2025

Changes:

  • Group admins can now ask people up to 5 questions before they join. Questions are set in the group edit page.
  • Bug fixes.

January 27, 2025

Changes:

  • Event organizers can now add hosts when the create or edit an event.
  • Mini profile images are now displayed next to group members and event attendees.
  • Improved image upload support.
  • Minor bug fixes.

January 19, 2025

Changes:

  • Private groups are now more discoverable. They will appear in search results, and may be suggested to non-members. Events in private groups will still only be visible to members. See the help page for more details.
  • Events are now always in chronological order. There’s a new selector to select upcoming event (which includes suggested events from other groups), only the events you are attending, events only from your groups, and past events. Organizers will also be able to view draft events on the group page using the selector.
  • There is now a default search radius of 120 miles for groups and events. This will be customizable in the future.

  • New page showing all of your notifications.
  • Added ability to set your location via the profile page.

  • Made notification settings more flexible and more clear.

  • Added notification to hosts when attendees join an event, and to admins when members join a group.

  • Organizers can now allow attendees to bring guests to an event!
  • More minor improvements for notifications.

  • Organizers can now take attendance for events.
  • Improvements for mobile devices, bigger buttons, navigation bar at top.
  • Moved all notification settings to one page, and made mobile notifications simpler.

Changes:

  • Added ability to view past events, and draft events for organizers.
  • Enforce messaging restrictions.
  • Fixed some bugs in the registration flow, e.g. through Facebook and Google.
  • Other minor bug fixes.
