Let’s explore the grounds at TBG in the cooler morning hours. Feel free to bring your pup on a leash ($5 entry fee for pets). Of particular interest is the newest exhibit, The Great Garden Express.

The coolest place in Midtown just got cooler!

On Fridays through September 26, admission to the Gardens is just $5 (free to Members, as always).

Enjoy a summer stroll under the canopy of 100-year-old shade trees, the lush green tones of over 20 specialty garden spaces, and a delicious $5 Friday Root Beer Float at the café.

Bring a book and find a quiet spot in the Barrio Garden, or bring Fido (also $5 from June 1 – September 30) and let the toe beans do the walking on cool mulch paths. And if it’s the soothing hues of flowers that lower your temperature, there is always something in bloom at the Gardens.

We will reconvene for breakfast nearby at Frida’s at 9:30.
