Join Gretchen in downtown Tucson for dinner and a movie (or just the movie).

We will be attending the monthly Mexican movie hosted by Cine Tucson at the Fox Theatre. This month's film is "No Nos Moveran"/"We Shall Not Be Moved" directed by Pierre Saint Martin.

The film is about Socorro, a headstrong lawyer, obsessed with finding the soldier who killed her brother during the 1968 student massacre in Tlatelolco. This search for justice has alienated her from her sister Esperanza and her son Jorge. After decades of waiting, she receives the missing clue to finding the soldier, leading her to concoct an absurd plan of revenge that puts her fortune, her family and even her life at risk. The film is in Spanish with English subtitles.
