A group favorite band Foo Foo Dolls are playing at Verona Home Town Days festival(first time that I'm aware of them playing there) so I thought I'd post an event. There are also fireworks on Friday night, my guess is that they'll go off around 9:30ish. For those on Gatherist please note that this is cross-posted with the Madison Social Club meetup group, which has a decent amount of RSVPs(30ish as of a few hours out). Anyway, as a group we are exploring Gatherist as an alternative option so I thought it might be a good one to cross-post.

In terms of finding the group at the beginning I'll have a sign out and there will be a few picnic tables that we can meet at. I'll arrive early and adjust the meetup event and post a message tio be more specific. Once the show starts we typically go to one of the sides of the beer tent and I'll give out a reference as to where the group is if you are coming from the side. Though in the past it has worked also for for new people to post a message on the event or message directly with your location and someone can come find you at your specified landmark spot and show you where the group is. I'll be in a green tshirt, jeans and brown shoes. My number is 608-572-8435(text preferred as it is difficult to take calls once the band starts).

Please note that in terms of the event location it is near the Ice Hockey rink(as well as Military Ridge Trail) but is actually just south and as far as I can tell it doesn't actually have an official street address so thus why I typically use the Ice Arena as the pin address.
